Accommodation:   Sleeps 2 downstairs  (can be booked for couple only) and 4 upstairs.

Downstairs:-
Spacious kitchen with dining area and TV, electric cooker/oven, dishwasher,microwave and fridge/freezer. Leading out to Utility with washing machine, back door and garden.

Lounge with coal fire and wonderful views to front,TV with freeview and DVD player, sofa and occasional chairs and sideboard containing games and dvds.

Upstairs:  Cosy twin bedded room with views to side and double bedded room with views to front.  Bathroom with original deep china bath to soak in - albeit you might need to be quite agile to manoevre into it!  Worth it after a day climbing maybe though! 

At the front:-  Have a seat and enjoy the view...   In the back garden:- - relax on the patio with table/chairs and loungers.
